Very nice. A lot of yellow in this clone. The flower on this species is pretty small isn't it. This species seems to be more commonly grown than I realised.

David

Very pretty flower - - As said the species is becoming current in collections - mainly I believe because seed raised plants are quite easy to obtain and grow

Stunning!!!!

Shouldn't stripes of the side petals be more intence and with no brown colouration at their beggining?

That is a cleaner yellow than most Rick. Very pretty.

How "small" is it?
Rick and David I took my "yard stick" out to the GH and found out I didn't need it.:rollhappy:...It's 1 inch and 7/8 tall, at it's widest point 1 &1/2 inches wide. Maybe I should rename it 'Yellow Fry' instead of 'Yellow Fly'

Thanasis, some clones do have darker brown stripes in the center of the petals, this guy doesn't. I've seen several clone here on the forum with the brown "hairs" at the base of the petals

Uri, I agree with you, more plentiful. Eric, you go for it! you 've got tons of room in that apt!
