Paph FD advice

I Bought paph 3 months ago and I repotted from CHC In some mixture: bark, perlite, sphagnum moos, lecca and Caribbean sand. The pot is 4 inches and during I treated the plant with kelpak, Akerne’ s fertiliser (Europe MSU version) at 100 ppm weekly N.
The plant is close to the window, southeast, RH is 50-60 %.
I search deeply in the forum for some info but I understand that members growin fabulous FD. My problem is that paph is not growing at all, although seem to me that is in good shape…

it is winter so they do slow down. The new growth is encouraging

Actually the new growth was exactly the same few months ago but I have patience thank you.
The other ones branchys, I purchase them all together, started a new leaf but this one is “silent”.

Warmed up a bit might not hurt.

I'll try to raise the temp, right now is around 70 degrees.
Oh, you recommend me the use of heating mats.....thank you again!

The mix you are using seems very dense to me, almost like soil. Make sure not to suffocate the roots.
