This is really nice David. I am looking for the particular clones with the halo as well. Its a very nice distinct feature but the solid colour isn't too bad as well.

Thanks John. I pulled a pod off this plant in December and it is not a big plant yet. So I will give it a rest for a while.

This is a division from Peter Gray's (P&R Orchids) private collection. He sold everything when he closed down his nursery. That was a sad day for us Paph growers when he finished up.

Is it photoshop colorized?

Well I shoot it initially in RAW so I do have to put it in Photoshop to process it. But I don't tend to do much processing of the RAW file. These photos were processed as follows -

increased the black levels to get the background right
increase clarity
increase vibrance (changes are subtle)
add contrast
Sharpen
crop

That's it. I didn't touch the colours or the saturation levels from the RAW file.
