I think this one is better then the first one I posted back in March. It looks as though it will be larger and with clearer colors.

We had some of these and kept two. Some lucky slippertalkers out there got some of their siblings. The first bloomed SPECTACULARLY. You really have to see these in person. Very large flowers for a adductum cross. The developing spike was naughty looking and "vinicolor". The front of the flowers are typical, very nice Coryo-colored (mulchy with stripes), but the backs are awesome as you can see from Da King's pix. Adductum (var anitum)'s untwisted petals are growing on me.

I like that flower, awsome color. Is the plant alot smaller than a lady isabel?

:drool::drool: I'm really looking forward to seeing this one open. Ernie if you come up here to speak you need to bring one along. :poke::D

Sorry, already had my fair share of run-ins with the Canadian customs and immigration officials! I don't take plants out of the US 48.

That is looking amazing, particularly the colour. Can you tell me the cross.
The cross is Lady Isabel by anitum or adductum var. anitum

The anitum plants and flowers are generally larger then a lady Isabel.

Here is another PIC

Thanks Jean. The plant is on my top bench and I'm on the ground. It was the only way to get a shot of the dorsal as it opens. The back ground is the GH roof:p. Here is the side shot at the same time I shot the vertical pic.
