A first time bloomer with a single 11 inch growth. Hope to show you another one or two in the near future. This flower also has a slight fragrance to it.



Eric, just for you, a shot of the whole plant. The spike is 14 inches tall, measuring from the top of the leaves.

 
I don't like jackii because they normally look kinda odd to me. Yours is the nicest one I have seen.
 
Nice flower and leaves.
I would like to have one eventually, but it seems this species is rare and expensive.

I'm happy with malipoense for now.
 
Normally, I don't care for green flowers, but this one is an
exception. I don't understand such a tall stem either. Seems like it would be so easy to break and I'd sure break it if it was mine. I'm glad you didn't!
 
Incredible Bob. One of your best parvis.
Dot, from Fowlie's articles in OD malipo and probably jackii are found hidden in very tall grasses/ shrubs. Also in dark crevices of rocks.
