Kew as a last resort in taxonomic questions might be considered a debatable entity, when talking botany, but in matters of judging it somehow makes sense... that is, when we are talking species!
I always, thought that the registrar at the Royal Horticultural Society was the utmost authority, when it comes to hybrids?

So its better to impress RHS!!
