It has been a while since my avatar flowered. Another growth looks like it is sending up a spike although I think this will be finished before those flowers will be open.

I apologize for the quality of the photos. They are actually much sharper than this. I'm struggling with Photobucket. I'm putting quality photos into Photobucket but I'm not getting quality photos out of it. They are somehow being manipulated in the process. It is a pity as these are really nice photos on my screen.

David, that is a super clone! Great dorsal and thick petals. I does it ever get more flowers? That would make it awardable, I think.

Stephen - I flowered it once with four flowers but the flowers were of really poor quality. Nothing like this flowering. I have no doubt that if I ever flower it to its full potential it will get awarded and a high award at that. But I have said that before. One day I will get there. :)

Definitely a good clone. Petals are nice.

Wow! That's one heck of a Lady you've got there! Love it!

Lady Isabel is on my wishlist, but I seriously doubt the chances to get me hands on something even close to this. I can see why you think it has award potential.

i'm not a judge but looks like a high award to me too!

Ah! Amazing flower quality! My Lady has put up a sheath but no sign of a spike yet. Fingers crossed. Do you know the parentage on this one? Nice strong plant too.

such a good LI

so jealous

Well I'm jealous of your anitum hybrids that you have posted Brad. :)

what's its origin?

No I don't know the origin. I got it off John Robertson many years ago now. He had flowered it once and said it was the best Lady Isabel he had ever flowered. So I grabbed it. I'll ask John next time I speak to him.
