I finally got a flower out of this one which I've been babying since buying it back in May 2007 as a blooming size plant! It rewarded me with a long blooming period of well over two months, so guess I can't complain.

Thank you everyone. It's good to be patient with this one, but it now has another fan that almost the same size as the one that just finished blooming, so I hope the wait isn't as long next time.
