Some albums are so so, but lowii album is really a winner!
Another good one is mastersianum album, but I believe it not longer exists (perished).

It's about the same growing strength as a typical lowii; maybe a tad smaller plant over-all. It tends to have a mature growth in bloom and a new growth that will mature the same time next year. This is the first time it's blooming with three flowers; hopefully next year we'll see four.

that is one of my very favorite Paphs
i have a couple plants of the album lowii crossed with the regular color 'Gigantic' - they are strong growing plants that bloom every year with very beautiful pastel-colored flowers. my only complaint is i can't get them to carry more than three flowers
