Your camera probably takes the picture at 240 or 300 ppi (pixels per inch). the computer's resolution is typically 72 ppi. If you don't downsize the picture before posting it, the displayed photo will take up more space. Let's say your picture is 300 pixels wide. If you printed it at 300 ppi, it would take up one inch of space. But if it displays at 72 ppi, 300 pixels spreads out to a little over 4 inches.Could some one explain what happens with my pictures? What should I do?
