Paphiopedilum micranthum v.eburneum. One-growth. received 2 years ago as a 1-gr division; that growth is now gone but this new one has matured and is in bloom whereas none of my other four micranthums are. 2.25" pot, fine bark mix. Using my homemade version of k-lite fertilizer, kept moist year-round. This gets medium light and intermediate temps but goes out in the fall for cold nights for a few weeks.

It's an attractive flower. Over all, I'm not very fond of the eburneum variety, mostly because I think the standard micranthum is as close to perfection as one can get, but this example is nice!

I like it. How's the vegetative growth on the others?

The others are healthy multi growth plants, one is 26 growths, and has had one flower once three years ago. I have flowered two others, but five years ago was the last for them.
