This is not my cross. I purchased it about 20 years ago from Frank Booth. He registered and made this clone. He had a number of good clones to choose from at that time. This was one of the nicer ones.
As Jean stated; the parents are glaucophyllum x druryi.

Thanks. Apparently it's a fairly old cross. I wonder if anyone is remaking it? This is such a beauty!

Well if it is so rare in collections, and if this flower is so good (and it is), why not give it a try?

Dot, the plant I showed last week is from a remake here in Germany.

The breeder was Wilhelm Kenntner, who ran a small nursery until recently and did a lot of primariy and near primary breeding, lots of not so commercial stuff. He left a gap when he retired last year.
