Hmm might there be a batch of Bernice in the works? I usually don't like straight phils (I know...) but this one is exceptional. Very nice. Is the plant compact?

lol no plans to breed with it for now... If i had more space i would love someday to make a bunch of Saint Swithins with it though!

sorry--i have to apologize for my terrible pictures (i mean it!). the pouch is actually yellow. there is some green in the flowers too.
Thanks, Justin. The photos aren't that bad -- lighting makes such a big difference in color rendition; I was a little confused.

It's suppose to be the highest awarded phillie out there. You have bloomed it with well balance from flower to flower Justin, no show.

is a dream for me, the petals are so horizontal is it a Laevigatum form?
congrats,Anna

i'm not sure

A very nice P. philippinese! What are the plant sizes?

It's relatively compact for the species. The whole plant is maybe 18" or 20" across. It has about 8 growths in an 8" round pot. the petals are about 6" (15cm) NS.
