Old leaves dying. I think some people here are OCD about the leaves being "perfect without blemish". I see post with one cell collapse and people freaks out. I just let them be.

Its an old OZ cross so I don't know the parents. Cross code is OZ2666. Maybe some else knows. I will try to get measurements later.
