Dot, UweM Mine is close to opening as well. I got my from Sam Tusi. What I am finding interesting is the two buds on mine are all green/ yellow. It will be interesting to see if the flowers stay that way once they open.

Interesting red hue to the base of your plant UweM. Great flowers to both!

Nice praestans. I do like this species. Yours looks pretty distinctive Dot. Mine looks exactly like UWEM including the red leaves. I'm hoping it will be in bud shortly.
