Paph Red Baroness

This is my first multi that I have flowered so far. Woohoo!
This is a paph red baroness ( lawrenceanum x glanduliferum (praestans)
It had a big battle with mellybugs, I had to spray it when it was in bud so I did not know how it was going to come out. theres two more flowers to open up.

The Mrs Colburn is about to have new flowers so it will be about a week. I will post it then. Thats another one that got nailed by meallys so the leaves got messed up.

I sprayed malathion a few times at first and they just laughed at that but i think the plant liked it. Then I drenched the hole plant with a bottle of alcohol and flushed it out with water a few hours later. then a week latter I sprayed it with bayer rose & flower spray and then flushed with water. Its a big plant so lots of places for them to hide. I havn't seen them for a while. The first bud looked sort of funny. we'll see how the rest come out, i'll post it. I think they will be good.
