X, how do you tell the origin of these plants so accurately based on 3 photos alone? I hope you are not saying these are from wild stock from Kundasang, Sabah... Is there a nursery there that propagates roths?

Experience...
There is a colony not far, collector is in Kundasang, and plants collected there about 3-5 years ago look exactly like that. So far in Malaysia no one propagates rothschildianum blooming size, wild plants are just too cheap. Very good roth well grown anyway...
