Paph Shin Yi's Pride x St Swithin

This was purchased as a seedling about 4 years ago from SVO. The parents are Shin Yi's Pride "SVO" AM/AOS x St Swithin "Black Rook". The flowers are eye-catching with a deep yellow color and bold stripes. The dorsal width is 4.8 cm and the petal length is 18 cm. The only shortcoming is that there are only 2 flowers. The plant has 8 leaves with a leaf span of about 24 inches, and it has received plenty of light, so I suspect I might never see more than 2-3 flowers on this plant. Mike

with all the ' roth and philli' in it, no wonder it looks like an SS - just darker.

Fantastic presentation and color. Looks like a St. Swithin but with long, relaxed petals.
