I'm afraid Ernie speaks the truth. If they like you and you have a good product that can equal awards. (Of course they don't know who's product it belong to). If you were to travel west of Houston to San Antonio, well you would need far more then luck and influence to get any slipper pulled, let alone, an award. One of the judges of that region, publicily denounced Paphs as orchids. He said they were the furthest from a orchid and had no business even being in the orchid family. That's one example. I'm sure there are more.
