Paph thaianum

I recenly purchased a flask of Paph thaianum from Krull Smith, what are recommended potting media for deflasking?

I deflask into a seedling mix of bark, perlite, charcoal, and oyster shell.

Also be sure to keep the humidity up. I use seedling propagation trays with domes. Over the course of 2-4 weeks, I let in more air and decrease the humidity in the tray to help the seedlings acclimate.

I grow seedlings inside and underlights.

Also perlite, charcoal, and oyster shell in the mix. I also add a tiny bit of peat moss less than 10 per cent so the mix is not completely dry as I grow them with a minimum temperature of 20 C and days can go up to 27 C daily under my LED light in an enclosure with a fan blowing all the time. Fan does not blow on the pots but it is directed at the heat sink on the LED to keep it cool.
