In my book, a brachy with 8 flowers is worthy of recognition for its culture.
A brachy that can produce 3 buds on an inflorescence has got to be very rare.
I think I would guard any divisions of that plant zealously. A division of that plant might be very valuable, especially to the right buyers.
Regardless of its value, that is as good as brachy growing gets.
