I believe it is, Tony. Very similar coloration, but with more tightly "clamped" petals.
I suppose it could be cultural in nature, as it has spent a dry winter indoors in very subdued light levels.
The petal stance is pretty common for anitum, I don't see anything in your pics that seems out of line for the cross. Mine is starting to crack now, I'll post it for comparison once it is open.
The plants are way too big to be a praestans cross.
Here is the Yang-ji Apple I bloomed last month, made with a standard phili rather than var roebelinii. Overall structure is pretty similar to my eye other than the petals. The staminode looks right on Ray's plant
Not sure if this was a praestans or regular glanduliferum x anitum since the two are so mixed up now but the staminode and overall look are very different.
