Looks not like the typical dayanum with the floppy petals, but they look broad. You name it giant, do you have something for comparison?

Indeed, but it looks good and at least these patals are hairy...

It was named by Eggshells and he bloomed this larger than all the rest of his. He posted on here too the comparison.

I had a look for the original thread. The motherplant is an eyecatcher. Good to see that divisions are alive!

Now i also wonder how eggshell is doing!? I always enjoyed looking at his first class Photos on Flickr!

Eggshell is doing well. He’s very busy with family (new baby) and wanted to reduce his collection.
