All the info I can find is that they both basically grow below 1000m.

Wherever I go to make photo of orchid in the forest, I brought my GPS to measure all information related to each species that I need (altitude, coordinates etc)
I'm the one who see it all in person, so I know that for sure and believe or not that is your choice.
