This is one my older paphs. It's been with me for about 11 years. This is the first time its bloomed like this. It had 7 flowers but I removed one. It got damaged by rain water collecting in the pouch. Six is not too shabby. The flower are long lived, which is especially good for this plant. It took a while for all the buds to open.
While not an award winner, I find it striking and regal. My only critique is that the flowers are over the place. I wish they were a little more coordinated. Photographing it was a pain. This is the best angle.
