This is Paphiopedilum Lemon Zest, a hybrid of P. druryi and P. Halo.

The qualities of druryi (as well as its faults) in a much bigger flower.

A very nice, refreshing lemony yellow--ideal when the weather is hot. I suppose it is comparatively easier to grow than druryii itself.
