Got it in 2014.... Very slow grower. It is now really blooming for the first time, but its first bud bladed last year or 2 years ago.

If you look at the history of primary crosses, this is to be expected. The next step is to back cross onto the superior parent likely leucochilum , to fix the form problems and hopefully come up with a good result. Perhaps flatter petals and a wider dorsal.

Absolutely agree, plants blooming for the second time usually show a marked improvement of 15 to 20% over the 1st blooming. Good point.
