That is a speedy development for a paph.
I love the leaves on this species. So neat and pretty.
Also love the small plant size.
 
Let's hope you didn't jinx it by showing us the bud. Truthfully, that bud is far enough along to be pretty sure that it will bloom for you. Can you tell me what you are growing in as well as where and how often you are watering in that medium?

I have it in mostly bark (Orichata) + bits of pumice and clay pellets. I put a top layer of pumice mostly for the look of it. Watering is once a week on average (less last winter when I gave it a cold drier 2 months in unheated room). I put it outside all summer south exposure in a small plastic greehouse, so it got quite hot temperatures (for North West Pacific Coast standards :p ).

JC, I agree with you totally, I love the leaves as well, so much in fact that I have a var. eburneum coming in the mail tomorrow :evil:
