The leaves look quite yellow, I’d give it some cal mag, and get some water in a cup and cut the spike put the spike in the cup to view the nice flowers to save the plant, is what I’d do, nice flowering

The flowers are nice but the plant is very weak in my opinion. Cut the spike, reduce the light intensity and feed more fertilizers to save this good tree. A healthy Parishii should be in dark green shiny leaves, at least my Parishiis are like that.
