Some days ago an yellow form ofPhalaenopsis maculata flowered in the greenhouse of a friend.
This colourform was described 2001 by Eric Christenon as forma flava .

Some years ago another clone.

The first clone which was shown worldwide in Switzerland 10 years ago.

It would be interesting to see more flavistic clones that we can imgaine the variability of this form.

Thanks for posting these pics. I have a maculata flava that hasn't flowered in a while, but I'd be interested in some pollen from another one if it were ever possible. I'll have to look around to see where i've posted a picture before, maybe on peter lin in texas' phal forum. If I can find that pic I'll post it here as well
 
here's a picture of one of the siblings of my plant (which was a phal maculata 'greencote flava' x self) owned by winnie tsang. i'm not sure if this plant is still alive though, but it looks pretty much like mine
