I'm very slow too out here. I'm really sick form sitting. And I've got these cold shaking spells but they disappear once the stove is tuned on for a while. I hope I'll never have to go to hospital again.

This means you have a fever. The cure is to raise the body temp an drink plenty of fluids, enough to sweat the symptoms out.
