Phrag de la virgen bud not opening/maturing?

Hey so I'm kindof new to phrags etc, I have one P de la virgen, the flower bud just ain't opening or maturing. Can someone help w this? Lights at about 2500 fc ish maybe a tad bit more. Watering fert 1x per week. Other Phrags are doing ok

It will open when it is ready. The flower needs to be finished forming and then it will open. Trying to come up with a way to speed up the process won’t help.
