I'm trying to get my yard in some sort of shape after 30+ years of neglect by the lazy previous owners. What kind of grass is that? Zoysia?

Thank you! Believe it or not it is St. Augustine. We have had perfect weather here in Louisiana for it lately. It has rained a couple times a week for a good while now and I have good drainage on our property. The garden is benefitting as well!
