F fbrem Guest Oct 10, 2013 #5 another great one, and that's something because I'm not a huge phrag enthusiast (mostly because I don't grow them well)

I'm trying to get my yard in some sort of shape after 30+ years of neglect by the lazy previous owners. What kind of grass is that? Zoysia? Anyway, great job with both the phrag and the grass!

It has rained a couple times a week for a good while now and I have good drainage on our property. The garden is benefitting as well!
