Purchased from Elite Orchids in England last year. Enormous flower, much bigger than when I bought it and darker, (although smaller growth). I've been growing it with my Odonts, so cold, down to about 8 or 9C on the coldest winter nights.

Must be there abouts I would have thought. I will take a pic tomorrow in the daytime with a ruler.About 12 cm wide? Excellent color and shape.
I measured it at 13 cm. When I flatted the petals it was more like 13.5 cmAbout 12 cm wide? Excellent color and shape.
I will take a look, but I know this one is a 3n.Really great color, great size!! do you know what clonal names of parents?
wondering if they came from Erik Young Foundation???
I think, EY has some of the very best breeders,,,, many F S's will not breed, which is dissapointing.
I have been told if i can acquire plants through the EY breeding lines they are more likely to breed ..
Any thoughts?
Which by the way brings me to my next question..
has anyone in the USA, purchased EY plants, and what process did you use to attempt this?
I don't think it's an EYOF plantReally great color, great size!! do you know what clonal names of parents?
