Phrag. Hanne Popow 'Ghost'

This is Phrag. Hanne Popow (besseae fma flavum 'Green Gold' HCC/AOS x schlimii 'Cali') in bloom today. It's pale to be sure, but we were hoping for something closer to white. Pretty, non-the-less but awfully hard to capture the true color with my iPhone camera.

Tom, is this beauty heat sensitive as its' besseae parentage or more tolerant like
schlimii? It's most certainly my taste in gorgeous Phrags.

These have been easy growers. The parent species grow about ten feet apart in a small greenhouse with temperatures that range from the lower 60'sF at night and mid 70'sF to mid-80'sF during the day depending upon light intensity (sunny or cloudy) and time of year.
