Exactly. According to the RHS, Woodstream registered the cross 24/10/2006 as Polar Shift (pearcei x Silver Eagle), but it had already been registered by P. Hawley (originator was Terry Root) as Memoria Ann Stuckey on 30/03/2006.

So, are they both valid? I would have thought that the RHS would have rejected it, since this cross had already been registered in their system. Does anyone know if this happens often?

I had run across a vandaceous cross registered twice, and I quizzed Julian on it, and I got a strange response suggesting they were both valid registrations, and he wasn't going to do anything about it.
