I think it's related to lindenii.

I agree, this might be what a besseae x lindenii might look like!

This was my first thought, too!!!! B. lobbii hybrid... I like it because it is both unusual and weird (as pouchless-haven't seen it with pouch)!!!

Looks as if a steam-roller rolled over this pouch. But the colouration of this flower is great.
