Phrag. QF Naukana Kealoha

I found this interesting and thought you might also. The first image is an undifferentiated hybid , Phrag. QF Naukana Kealoha (Inca Treasure x longifolium) #5862. The last 2 are a newer acquisition QF Naukana Kealoha (Inca Treasure X longifolium var. Gracile) # 3252 & 3254. I find it striking the difference between these 2 plants. The hybrid made with the Gracile variety of longifolium is much more purple and the flower itself is much larger. Comments???

Really? your's appears more pink than purple on my monitor. Your image looks like my planrt that has no variety idenified.

only slightly, the Gracile variety is a little larger with wider blades and a deeper color.

Maybe a little more pink. It is kind of in between pink and purple in real life. Shape is similar to the last two.
