I have this phrag hybrid now for more than three years and it is a mature plant but I havent been able to bloom it. I have moved it from full sun to shade and no success. Any suggestion?

I agree with Dot. Neutral pH isn't the best. Also in my experience the schlimii component can make for a reluctant bloomer to some degree, but when they come it will be great.
