That's really beautiful! Very nice! What makes it "v. manzurii", vs. regular schimii....the overall pale colouring? I seem to remember the first photo of manzurii I saw was a yellow flower and I thought the yellow was the deciding factor.

It has a faint, sweet fragrance in the middle of the day but nothing overpowering. As far as differentiating between schlimii and schlimii fma manzurii, I think the main difference is the pale yellow-green coloration when the manzurii flower first opens and the circular staminode. Fma manzurii flowers that I've seen also seem to be rounder in shape than schlimii. Eliseo can probably comment on these differences better than I since he's seen so many more in bloom.

..........and here it is blooming after a couple of weeks of cooler temperatures; Note the improvement in pouch color. Should have seedlings of this clone (x self) after the first of the year - hopefully in time for the Michigan Orchid Society show on March 30-31, 2019.
