I think you are mistaken. I don't see any registered Phrag. Stacey Ann, there is a Stacey Ann Lynn (Albopurpureum x besseae), which this clearly is not. Your bloom does look like pure line-bred besseae. Yay! 
That's what I thought as well. I received this from a member on orchidsforum.com since someone offered it to me for no cost, but I've been wanting a besseae anyways so no complaints here!I think you are mistaken. could also be a Jersey (besseae x dalessandroi) which is basically besseae in today's parlance... wait and see if it branches (although that's not a dead giveaway anymore either)

Stacey Ann might have been a clonal name. This is a besseae.
