Plant habit and size is similar to the longifolium but the lip is quite different from longifolium
This one is from Brasil not sure that longifolium grows there

Nice. As Dot said, PhragWeb has it listed as a variety of longifolium. http://www.phragweb.info/phragmipedium/species/display_species_phrag.asp?phrag_id=54 It's hard to know what's right and what's not in taxonomy. Nice photo anyway.
