I have had this plant for over 6 years. I bought it was a tiny seedling from Oakhill. I am not sure if they made the cross or not. Does anyone have any ideas about who's cross this is?

I've no idea who did the cross, but I like the results.
Both of the parents were registered by Chuck Acker, so I would think he might have made the cross, but just a guess.

Pretty sure it is a Chuck Acker cross. Pretty sure I bought some in flask from him at some point.
Just checked the RHS database - this cross has not yet been registered.
I heard back from Chuck. It's his.
Did you bloom any of these? I am interested in see how others turned out.

I don't remember blooming one... I have a bad habit of selling them all before they bloom (or when they are in spike).

The outside of the petals are darker than the middle of the petals. The camera emphasizes the effect
The outsides of the petal appear darker because of the different angle of the hairs which contain the color pigments.
