One of my Phrag. Fritz Schomburg has begun to bloom. What do you think?

Looks good to me. Would you happen to know the parents? There should be a bunch of FS from OZ breeding with their besseae "mega" blooming this year and I was curious. Mike

I would say the color and form of this flower is awesome

That is a deep colour. Excellent.
The test for this cross comes after about a week.
Will the bloom start to flex and become wavy and lose shape?

Actually, I believe that this website has actually made it a little more purplish???

That's why we recommend flower photos be taken in natural light. Natural light photography would give a truer representation of the flower color.
