Do you know what are this plant growing in??? In sphagnum or I can see only a little covering the surface?
 
Very nice! Whats interesting with this one is the staminode is almost all white. The pouch has a lot of white on the sides too. I used to have a picture, I sent it to Glen Decker and he used it in one of his presentations. It was a kovachii the person called semi alba, it had a all green stem and hairs with a green bud. The flower had color. The plant came from a big colony. So maybe a good portion of these plants could carry an albino gene. I think we may see a whitish or all white kovachii with some more breeding.

A selfing of this one would be very interesting, does your botanical gardens breed like some of ours.
 
Very nice! I think I have one from the same compot (Jewel x sib?) that seems about to spike. I won't be sure for a couple of weeks though.
