This Phragmipedium Yelva Myhre was awarded today at the Greater Akron Society Show. It received an AM and CCM. Oh, and Best in Class for Phragmipedium.

I have this image to share with Dj and all of you! It was not my privilege to have been on the team that evaluated and scored this gorgeous flower! They were of good size and as red as any Jason Fischer that I have ever run across. It grabbed by attention at 7:05 in the morning, this morning, when I arrived at the venue. Thanks all. I am really happy with this clone and this blooming specifically.

The third inflorescence shows the plant's vigor. Hopefully all three inflorescences will be open for Cleveland in a few weeks.
