At least I believe it is Sedenii, if anyone has another name to it, pls suggest:p. An old one. Got it in 1993, it survived lots of neglect a couple years back, got divided into numerous pieces, now this one is my last. Never seen it this good before so obviously doing something right:D

Needs a bigger pot though:rollhappy:

Very beautiful. I'd say it is Sedenii. Looks like a big flower; but, the pouch shape is right. Of course, it could be something very complex and unidentifiable; but, if it came to you as Sedenii, I don't see any reason to doubt that.

Thanks, the flowers are not that big, I would say around 6cm across. But like everyone says, thay are definitely worth keeping. Guess it should be Sedenii; although I got it with a label saying sedewii or something similar :rollhappy:
Given the lack of hybrid registrations for most of the last century combined with the fact that I got it in 1993, definitely supports the percetion that it might be an old cross, typ. Sedenii.
The only thing is that its a sequential bloomer, most of the time with only one flower. To get several, you have to rely on braching of the inflorescence.

Sedenii is sequential. Both of it's parents are normally sequential. Since the name on the tag was "Sedewii" that certainly does seem to simply be a copying mistake....or poor handwriting.
