I wouldn't call it "Peloric". Peloric, is when the normal petals mimic the lip, so have similar colors/form as the lip. In this case it looks like there are some "extra" flower parts. It looks like it got one extra sepal, and one extra petal. Also it looks like there are extra parts on the column..so you could almost call it a semi-double Phragmipedium.... Sometimes you get these abnormalities either due to high temperatures in the greenhouse, or when you spray the plants with chemicals like insecticides or fungicides. I would wait until the next flower spike blooms, and see if you still get these strange looking flowers...

When the petals mimic the lip is one example of a peloric orchid flower. Any change in a flower with normally bilateral symmetry that makes it more like radial symmetry is peloria. If the arrangement of extra sepal(s) and/or petal(s) is fairly regular (like a six pointed star for instance) it would qualify as peloric. I'm not sure that is really the case here in both flowers, so I agree that peloric might not apply.

But if the plant consistently has flowers with extra segments like these, regardless of symmetry, add me to the list of those who wouldn't mind owning it.
