Should i be worried

I got these rothschildianum 2 weeks ago and the lower leaves are turning brown. It is not crispy but rather still moist in the leaves. I cut some off and it seems to be spreading: slowly. What should I do

- Remember these have been living life for the past few years in a greenhouse...the change from Sam's to your home is going to cause some transplant shock.
-Good quality water and don't over fertilize. If some is good, more is better, doesn't apply.
-Repot? Has the medium started to break down. Paphs love to be repotted

Poke the brown spots with a pin and spray with 3%hydrogen peroxide. If the lesion dries out it cant spread.
