Is that still possible!?!?
Yes, why not?
Is that still possible!?!?
Phrag Evening Blaze does have some variability in color and blooming these besseae hybrids in hot weather will produce yellow/orange flowers instead of rich red/orange. It does look like Don Wimber, but with similar parentage that is the result. Be cautious in your name change.
I'm agreeing with Bill and Lance, be cautious in your name change...
For me it could be an Evening Blaze.
This cross should show a dominance of besseae and longifolium pretty close at the level as the Don Wimber.
Evening Blaze = 62,5 bes + 18,75 long + 12,5 fish + 6,25 sarg
Don Wimber = 75 bess + 25 long
